Our Story
Why A Flamingo?
Fair question. The short answer is that nobody forgets a flamingo. The long answer is underneath.
The Idea
Soccer Got Boring.
Not the sport — the sport is perfect. The day got boring. You buy a ticket, you sit down, you watch, you leave. Somewhere along the way clubs decided the ninety minutes were the whole product.
We think that's a waste of an afternoon. So we're building a club where the soccer is genuinely competitive and the day around it is built to be genuinely fun. Good soccer, a good crowd, and an easy, affordable afternoon for the whole family.
Come for the match. Stay because you've never had this much fun at a game.

The Town
Wheaton's Team.
Not Chicago's. Not the suburbs' in general. Wheaton's. This is a Semi-Pro club built for DuPage County — for the families here, the kids here, and the players who grew up on these fields and never got a real team to play for. Everything we do should feel like it belongs to this town, because it does.
The Flamingo
Why A Flamingo?
Fair question — and the honest answer is that nobody forgets one. We wanted a badge that stands out in a league full of shields and eagles, something that says we don't take ourselves too seriously.
A crest full of flamingo is a promise: we are not going to be a normal soccer club. Pink, loud, a little ridiculous, and impossible to confuse with anyone else in the league.

Where We're At
We're Building It Right Now.
Season One is five home games in 2026. We're signing the squad, locking fixtures, and figuring out the rest in public. Nothing here is polished yet — that's sort of the point. Get on the list and you'll watch a club get built from nothing, and you'll hear every announcement before anyone else does.
